    This is actually an amazing videos considering I never have good luck with powerpoint based teaching!! One question- what is the clinical reasoning for early mobilisations? other than getting their FRC up? thank you a million

      Thanks for the positive feedback - it is much appreciated! As for early mobilisation - FRC is important but you will achieve that just by getting the patient upright. By walking them, you are increasing the demand for oxygen of the working muscles. This creates a natural increase in tidal volume, which will help open up any collapsed lung tissue. Hope that helps :-)
