Leadership For Equity is a systems change & research organization that helps strengthen the effectiveness of government school systems.
At LFE, the fundamental belief is that Public Education Systems are by definition ‘gatekeepers’ of equity; and in a way effective and sensitive public education systems will ensure that quality education is provided to every child. At LFE, we define a system as an interconnected series of entities where decisions and actions in one entity are consequential to other. For all children to be in school and learning, these entities play a role - both individually and collectively.

Transforming Educational Systems at Scale for 21st Century Skills - Research Symposium 2024
Leadership For Equity and Flame University jointly conducted the second edition of the Research Symposium on September 27th and 28th 2024 to explore the use of systems change to transform Indian education so that learners acquire the knowledge, skills, and ability to navigate the ever-evolving work and life environment in the 21st Century.
The research symposium brought together students, researchers, and practitioners from the field of education to facilitate knowledge sharing regarding theories, best practices, and future steps using a systems approach lens.

Thanks Subir. All the qualitative aspects of TE that you have covered shows the kind of investment that is required to ensure we have quality teachers. Education is the foundation of a society. How strong this foundation is depends totally on the quality of our teachers who are the architects, civil engineers, and the entire construction team that creates a building. "Teaching indeed is a performing art." It requires a lot of investment to ensure our teachers get the best quality training. Another major issue is for a parent who wants his/her child to get good education she/he looks at a private school as quality of teaching in Govt schools is not up to the mark. But the reality is when it is comes to quality of teachers it is equally bad in both. To ensure quality TE which will lead to quality education for all our children irrespective of the socio-economic background they come from; I feel we all need to fight for deprivatising education completely.

U r always an ideal personality for me....but the current situation is painful no value no proper recognition of diet lecturers in up....we r teachers trainers still no one is going to make our position respectful
