The aspect: 25% when you have a barrier + 30% when you do vulnerables with a barrier do a great improvement with the last one in my amulet.this aspect in my amulet: Ice blade have chance to apply Vulnerable to the target is the fire starter of this combo. So i try to use ice armor and ice blade each time i can. The lightning spear give a boost with talrasha ring, if the challenge is not to high, i save it to elite and boss.

If you have a nice fist of fate, you can use frost nova in one enchant slot + tempering frost nova size. You going to freeze half of the map 😂.
