Sack all management due to incompetence. Condemn all buildings and restaurant facilities due to health risk exposures. Start over! Stay far, far away from #grandsirenispuntacana. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana ruined our family vacation. Unfortunately, we experienced virtually all of the negative feedback items mentioned elsewhere, including a dump of a room and major stomach illness from undercooked food. What was infuriating was the staff soliciting positive reviews or, worse, taking your cell phone and leaving positive reviews on the resort from your phone. We were solicited for positive reviews. We heard the same from other guests while at the resort. We were warned not to let staff take your cell phone. Each day, every day there are easily 10 to 15 positive reviews on google for ‘super animation’. The resort staff was very persistent on having my phone at check out to ‘check out through expedia app.’ I absolutely refused to hand over my phone, I never logged out through any app, and nothing happened as a result. Save your money and aggravation … READ AND LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Go somewhere else for your vacation!!!

DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! The rooms are old, moldy, and run down. Toilets do not flush well. AC does not keep rooms comfortable. Food service is negligent. Food is undercooked and sits out forever for insect and even birds to move in to dig in. Buffet buildings have a noticeable sewerage odor. The pool bar is a mob scene. Long lines everywhere else. Further slaps in the face… Some restaurants have top shelf menu items that they will charge you more out of your pocket. There is an ultimate club that was no where mentioned until we were at the resort … includes the biggest pools, a nice pool bar, and indoor bar area with AC that actually works! If you let them, your concierge will keep you for most of a day for a ‘free breakfast’ that will end up being a sales scam for the ultimate club. DO NOT STAY AT THE GRAND SIRENS PUNTA CANA! It is being run by incompetent people who only want more of your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

#GrandSirenisPuntaCana ruined out vacation! We will never go back! DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Our rooms were run down and all of AC, fridge, and toilet did not work well. Until we discovered the issue, we were all sleeping on beds with mattress covers with body fuild stains from guests who stayed in room before us. The food is poorly prepared, often undercooked, and not maintained at proper temperature. One of our group came home with salmonella. Do yourself a favor, find a different resort for your vacation.
