Nice catch, beautiul reds. Best way to fry fish: first salt and pepper fish, (use 3 different bowls for next step), (dredge) lightly coat fish in all purpose flour, then pass through egg wash (2-3 beaten eggs with splash of milk), lastly coat fish with either panko, regular bread crumbs or cornmeal. Fry fish in 350-375 F degree oil for about 6 minutes and lightly salt them when you take them out. Now to figure out your secret fishing spot 🤔😁.

I asked a game warden last week if I could catch a limit for someone else if I already had my limit, he said no. Nice catches! Fish looked good man.

Early morning isn't necessary. As long as the tide is moving, fish are feeding. However, the lay of the land will determine where to fish on either outgoing or incoming tide. I used to fly fish for tailing reds from Galveston to Freeport. Time of day was never a concern. Tidal movement is everything. My other favorite method was top water lures. Either way, hard to beat.
