i think it’s too young to teach them d1-nfl level technique it’s a beautiful thing to posses that information but i doubt they’ll remember this lesson when they’re in hs college or pros id get their coordination and physical condition better now because they aren’t gonna get the slide into jab step when they’re 8 years old
Ones my little brother and the other is my little cousin so when I’m training they want to join. I’m not a trainer but they wanted to learn so I just taught them real quick
@@TrippyDreww if you’re with you’re little brother a lot id assume he would be able to pick it up eventually because you have more time with him but either way I wish i had someone like you to mentor me when i was in hs didn’t mean any hate just noticed their struggle with the more advanced route running technique

Definitely not too young. They are probably too young to do it personally but with enough practice this kinda thing will stick with them for life.
