      That guy is running sound boards for the stage monitors. Lots of venues have two sound boards, one out on the floor and one on stage right or left.

      @@danamquinn1 Every professional sized venue has this set up. One sound desk for the FOH, one for the monitors, monitor engineer can sometimes also control a protools session with a click track and triggered samples for the set

    • @burntgod7165
      @burntgod7165 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you're an athlete, find a qualified strength and conditioning coach, or follow a basic strength program such as Starting Strength before moving to perhaps 5/3/1. Although a fan of HIT like this, I see mostly older, non-athletes, busy people do it. It's fine and safe for them.

    Its really really hard..... reaching failure in every exercise and at last rep, cant understand, whether to focus on breathing or give more contraction..sweating, vomiting......

    Figuring out the nutrition has been frustrating. I'm 5'5 and run 115-117 lbs for a few years now. I have to rebuild my body so I'm willing to try this method, I now own the book! We have a water row machine, hand weights up to 10 lb Dumbbells, resistant bands, and total gym for my home workouts. I plan to get back to bike riding soon for my so called rest days once or twice a week to start. For food my normal days are Lemon Ginger Blast in the morning ( just veggie juice no fruits) 1 pint. Sometimes I'll follow that up with a kale shake( 1/2 blender of kale 1 c. Liquid, 1/3 frozen blueberries, 1 tbs unfortified nutritional yeast, one dropper liquid stevia. Add ins: marine collage, organic colostrum, homemade fermented nut/seed yogurt 1/3 C. I try and intermittent fast for blood sugar reason not for weight loss. My second meal is normally a extra huge salad with various different add ins like nutritional yeast, Salmon, rare beef liver, sardines, chickpeas, nuts/seeds, avocados and such. I don't gain weight and if I'm not careful I can lose some easily. It's hard to imagine eating more then I do because all of the fiber and fat I eat fills me up. I feel like I'm going to require more food when I begin this power of 10 program! True or False?

    Started P-10 about 15 years ago when my career left me little time for working out. Game changer for me. Today I did a full body P-10 - but not as intensely as Michael does here. This video was a good reminder to me to focus on form and slow speed. Easy to get away from it. I enjoy Adam's book and videos. Hearing the sirens and traffic in the background cracks me up.

      Buy the book and asome dumbells. Do it at home. it takes a little bit to get used to the rep cadence and to push through the discomfort.

    Ive done this for a year and I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I have tried all kinds of things even quit this for a while to see if I could do it on my own. Its too hard to do on your own. Because first of all no one wants to push themselves that hard I don't care how motivated you think you are and secondly it hard to keep track of breathing and form because this intensity requires all your concentration. Its Real and It works and its hard to believe if you haven't tried it. Do yourself a favor and see if there is one in your area. I live in Calif. and the ones out here are called " The Perfect Workout"

    • @avesraggiana
      @avesraggiana 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had the opposite experience. I actually found I pushed myself harder on my own than the trainer who worked with me. Besides, I found the costs pretty high at approximately $400 a month.

    Muscles moving resistance through safe ranges of motion ,with as little momentum as possible . A win win for body and mind. Keep up the excellent work.

    Swaeting is also a sign that your cortisones are getting active; this is actually bad for burning fat. Its better not to sweat...its a Big Rethink about fitness ;-))

    Perhaps he is a beginner.The TUT is probably the same as when doing a usual leg workout because people(on average) don't really focus on good form and it is TUT that produces muscle gains not arbitrary reps and sets.

    Obviously, it's preferred to be in loose comfortable clothes when exercising. We wanted to show that people can come in and workout in their business attire. Many of our clients already do so due to limited time. Going in slow motion usually prevents potential ripping or tearing of clothes. And sweating is usually not a factor because we keep the studio relatively cool to accommodate increased body temperature while exercising.
