Imagine this, wow!! I bought a refrigerator on 10/31/2024 from American Freight and OneRail was to deliver it. A large very loud pickup truck delivered it a day late and without a dolly to bring into our home as paid for. It was placed just inside our garage door where it still sits today 11/06/2024 My sister's insulin is ruined, and food in the old fridge is ruined!! OneRail has been nothing less than a nightmare!! Who is going to compensate us for all the loss and frustration? No one will, already know that answer.

Yes it’s all about strategy! Very well said. I get a lot of customers that come to me and say please just help me figure this out and we’ll work together, strategic planning also takes time that a lot of shippers don’t have, so I have to always be and train my employees to always be on our A game. Everything in logistics is strategy and critical thinking
