Best and favourite beach in Poole. Often went there with my dad, on a summers evening after he came home from work. Never went much during the day, to busy, but evenings were best time of day to go, not boiling hot but hot enough to go in the sea.

My point of view, due the wall delimited a perimeter, the inside of the wall is private property. But due too the utility distance required for building a wall, the outside belongs to the municipality. They can paint it in black if they wanted too. Although, municipality relies over municipal taxes, which every municipalities in the world does, perhaps its a waste of money. According to your telling in this video, 2 or 3000 eur each for an 'street artist' it's much. Too much. Grafitis was a style in the early 80's in the US. In my country, the outside wall belongs to the owner/s of the land Which is considered a criminal offences ,if caught, serious troubles.
