It’d be a difficult fight, saitama’s power is not infinite but he has infinite potential, as shown in his fight with garou (who’s power also substantially grows while he fights) saitama just keeps climbing to higher and higher, and higher, and it continues, meaning infinite potential, however if somehow his potential was already outdone by another opponent or couldn’t grow fast enough to overpower he’d be beaten. If Saitama were to go against goku i believe goku would come out on top, however not without injury. Mind you, i’m not using bias, personally I’m a Saitama fan fan but with goku’s transformations goku would be wooped from like ssj-ssj3 but as soon as god ki enters the question saitama’s gonna be getting his ass kicked and his potential won’t be able to outdo ssjb, let alone ssjbk and ultra instinct
