RG ZEONG BUILD - The Best RG in 2021
Hey there, in this video I built the RG ZEONG, it is based on a mobile suit that appeared in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam during the One Year War. The Zeong was buit exclusively for newtypes and was first piloted by the "Red Comet", Char Aznable.
The RG Zeong was announced inline with the celebration of the Gundam Online Expo happened last August 2020. Popular gunpla influencers like Mecha Gaikotsu and ZakuArelius has high regards on the RG Zeong.

I just got mine today. I totally fell in love with this mobile armor/suit when i first saw it in gundam battle assault. This is like one of the holy grail if you like Zeon kits. This and sazabi ver. ka. Can't wait to build it over the weekend
I built both MK II (AEUG and Titans) and they are hands down the best early RG kits
in 34, and i just bought my first gundam from amazon. can't wait to build it😅. When i was a kid, im so jealous with my neighbours who can buy this and for me having one is impossible 😂. and now here I am. collecting lego technics and Gundam 😂😂😂 healing my childhood while doing my responsibilities as an adult😂😂
this was my 1st RG kit and it was dog shit, qc was actually awful. had 3 pieces snap with no force applied whatsoever, loosely fitting joints as well as the waist with the plastic skirt pieces kept popping off or falling off and would not click into place whatsoever. turned me off, but don’t get me wrong it is a sick kit but im not bothering w another RG after this experience
I'm building the Titans version and can't seem to get the cockpit hatch on. Also the back of the hip piece was too long for the armor panels to fit so I had to modify them.

What are the disadvantages of this kit??
The shoulders. It can’t hold its shield or rifle out to the sides. Also the shield attachment is sub-par. I only display mine with a beam saber or bazooka while the HG’s get the shields and rifles.
im having trouble connecting the leg jets, specifically the out legs one with the yellow small part

i really hope you got that P-Bandai expansion for the RG Mk II, which has the Flying Armor and G-Defenser and if you do, you gotta show us how it looks
Currently building this and the torso refuses to go into the waist. I see you had a little trouble with yours. Do i just have to MAKE it fit?

Would you recommend this as a first real grade I’ve built a few high grades and am planning to get my first master soon but I’m choosing a RG for my birthday coming up. Any thoughts?
I just finished my first ever gunpla which was a real grade rx-78-2. I absolutely loved building it and it looks fantastic!

Building this kit right now and it seems the hardest part is the fabric and wires in the legs the fabric gets all frayed on the ends and don't want to stay in place

Mine is totally fine. I guess the rgs with waist issue are rx-78-2, gp01 kits, and those early seed kits

This was the first real grade I built. I was really impressed by it. Then I built the handgrenade called zeta… but sazaby and neu replaced my faith in the lineup
Which is better for panel lining zaku 2 origin, brown or black marker?
Brown is better by standards. But i like my kit on gray panel lines regardless of color. I use black on gray plastic.

If this kit is solid even thought its a Early RealGrade and RG Sinanju cant hold it even though its a MK-II frame, why sinanju just get FLOPPY i know its weight and/or bandai getting dumb decisions but they can just make a new solid frame or better do it after unicorn so Early RealGrade isnt a thing (THANK GOD FOR THAT, still waiting for RG Hi-Nu Gundam im going to paint it in the standard Nu Gundam colors since im not a fan of purple)
