This house is around the corner from me; the tin roof is going to heat up in the summer hope they heavily insulated. It was part of an estate that was gifted to UC Davis Medical School. A flipper bought it and it sold for $900,000+.

it's possible - a lot of "pro " here we will say the image has barrel affect if you are using the wide lens - I shot this video with only the osmo th-cam.com/video/Dj1pnEmj98A/w-d-xo.html - The quality is much better than a cell phone - and the entry price for this I think it's perfect for beginner. Just my opinion
