Should use corn tortillas like authentic Mexican cuisine.
Definitely would have been good with corn tortillas…..it was an unplanned meal so only what I had on hand

Sauce once chicken shredded…Table spoon Tomato paste , table spoon minced Garlic , chicken stock / broth , tablespoon white sugar x xx…….. seasoning for chicken …..tablespoon minced garlic , teaspoon smoked paprika , teaspoon Cumin, white pepper, salt n pepper …extra virgin olive oil ……😊😊
