Just discovered your channel. On the cusp of booking an AirNZ flight to Houston from Tauranga then direct transfer via Aero Mexico onto Mexico City for my first ever jaunt to the Americas - southern Mexico, Guatemala and Belize for a couple of months - just wobbling in final decision making! My first long haul travel out of NZ since 2019 (Vietnam). Just have to bite the bullet with the $3000+ airfare cost. Have subsequently binge watched your Europe trip which bought back so many memories especially of the 3 months I spent from Venice to Athens, with nothing booked in advance in 2018 (my solo 50th birthday trip shout to myself). Slovenia, thru Croatia, up to Mostar, on to Montenegro (Kotor and Ulcinj - awesome), beaut couple of weeks through Albania (I wondered if your "Who we are - four months in" video was filmed in either Berat or Gjirokaster??) and into Greece. Finished that by flying from Athens to Sri Lanka for a couple of weeks and a week in Melbourne before home to NZ. Such awesome memories. Look forward to seeing future travel posts from you both, and looking forward to getting travelling again, I have been slow to get going after Covid close downs, but also had 10 days in Raro last year, and just back from a winter break to Townsville which was superb. All the best. Don't let work get in the way of travelling, which is so easy to occur!

You guys didn't show the take off, the amenities on the flight, the landing.... all these that make a flight.... You guys missed the point of making a flight video....

Going to be going to Sydney through Auckland in March. I was in New Zealand in 2019. My daughter lives in Sydney. Those long haul flights are long for sure! Have a good time in the states.
