This channel is a result of tremendous grief. You see, last year the love of my life, my husband Gary, suddenly passed away. He had never felt better in his life and clear cause was not determined. Even typing these words makes my heart drop.
When my life was upended, I was absolutely out of my mind with anxiety, stress, fear, and most of all, horrific grief.
Gary had created this, "Relaxation and Meditation" channel, a few months before this horrific, surreal event happened. He never got the chance to upload any videos to it.
It became clear to me that I had to make his channel a reality. I couldn't, NOT, do this for him, as well as for those of you who would benefit.
There are many channels like this already, but not a single one of them is from my beautiful Gary.
These are my own ai images coupled with hours of manual editing, followed by many days of video work.
My hope is that you enjoy the ambience and serenity of these videos.

One of our pups has real anxiety when we leave the house. But when we play relaxing music it will immediately calm him down. Your beautiful music worked instantly!
