Yes
No, because when the front tires are in the air, all the weight is on the rear tires, and wheelspin is reduced. So traction is increased
@@milojanis4901 that’s true to a degree but at the same time upward movement is wasted forward movement. You’d be the fastest if the car squats but keeps the wheels on the ground as much as possible. You want weight transfer without the wheels coming up a lot. Especially the major wheel stands that some cars do, it allows more air to get under the car which creates more drag and a slower time.
Yes and no. Like TH said, the car squatting all the way but not actually lifting the fronts would be ideal - but it would be really difficult to tune until the car does that. So instead, Dodge has made the car capable of doing wheelies but not really big ones, so that it doesn't turn itself into one big airbrake.

The track isn't wet. The wet looking stuff on the track is a kind of glue that helps the tyres grip to the road.

@@Fast_F_Fords Not racing tho. Times are just numbers. The real racers know that. These guys can put their power down faster than most others can. Saying you are racing a race car that does 200mph 1/4mile, but your car is only capable of doing 188mph in 1/4mile. if you can get to 188mph faster than he can his 200mph car you can still win. Racing is different

people think that their demons can do the same thing on the street. no car is doing its drag times on the street. this car can only do that on its drag radials not its stock tires
It can do that on its stock wheels, which are barely-legal drag radials. It does, however, require a prepped drag surface like what is seen here.
