My biggest complaint with Metallica's last few albums pretty much all 21st century albums, is the sound is just bad. Saint anger and Death Magnetic sound like they were recorded on a random laptop, and hardwired and 72 Seasons just don't have any crunch

The bass sounds amazing here. Even though the goal of all remasters and remixes of every song on this album is to bring the bass back, this one achieves that goal pretty well. For example, the part that starts at 6:23 (and all of the song for that matter), it blends with those guitars perfectly, you can completely hear the bassline without it being too loud or too quiet. And it just sounds heavy. All in all, amazing work here!

Cliff Burton Rest in Peace February 10 1962-September 27th 1986 aged twenty four years he tragically died in Sweden while on tour during the Damage Inc Tour.

Cliff Burtons bass guitar was amazing during the verse of this song Orion so good of work he did good in Metallica as their second bassist.1982 until his death in 1986.
