Yes your testosterone levels start to decline around age 40 but it’s about 1% per year on average and if you’re training hard, sleeping good and eating right you can maintain good test levels for a very long time well into your 40s n 50s.

Even though Hefesto is a really hard exercise, it's definitely not the hardest. First of all, the Entrada de Angel is harder because instead of strating from back lever, you start being completely vertical. The actual hardest skill is called Close To Impossible or CTI. It's a static skill where you grab the bar with your arms close to horizontal and your whole body perpendicular to it. Only few people can do it and even then, they still have bad form or are helped.
