The really bad part is that (since he jumps someone), he opens with chain lightning. That takes away all the surprise damage potential. The correct way (since you are jumping someone and can free cast) is open lightning bolt, THEN chain lightning and following it up with a shock. That way you spend 4 seconds to have 3 spells land all at the same time, instead of 5,5 seconds (best case). Much harder to recover from if you are gonna jump someone, and is much less open to error.
from this same era, I remember a pvp video of a troll elemental mage in wsg and AB that had that shield from ZG and at least one trinket, and was chain lightning fools and it had the song The Crest - Heart Shaped Box in it. anyone remember the video? I can't seem to find it. THIS video is one I remembered and obviously found it, but the other one not so much
11 years old and people still enjoy watching a skill-less player playing a skill-less class bragging about an unintended flaw in the game (spell batching). Maybe show the 2:55s in between your E.Mastery where you're just sitting back, healing, and running like hell when a melee gets within sniff distance. Good job sinking up the audio...at least that took a little bit of time/skill unlike an e.sham

@wait a second... 10:14. 7600 dmg??? is he buffed so hard or how the hell could he do that high dmg in pre bc. wow These mobs had superhigh resistance for all but one type of magic. For that one type of magic they had 200% dmg taken or so. Hence the superhigh damage.
it's not some mobs... these actual mobs that are called "pain packs" has this thing some mobs are randomly immune to some schools of magic and vulnerable to others, over agro on these mobs is kinda dumb ))) but fun crits still

Not entirely true. In PVE? Hell no, most boss encounters were much harder in vanilla than lets say bc or wotlk content. In PVP? Yes, but only partially. There were some people that were really good at their class but the majority of people still needed to figure out how to play their class in the best possible way because well...it's vanilla, it wasn't out for very long and learning how to play a class properly can take a lot of time
Not the actual boss encounters were harder, the skill gap today is insane compared to vanilla bosses. Getting 40 people, farm flasks, getting all the prep done was the only hard thing in vanilla, not the actual boss encounters

+Privatserver WoW it is not because it is a private reason. It is because this mob has a weakness to arcane. thats why.
some BWL mobs take more dmg to spells in vanilla a mage had to detect magic to see which one it had :)
