@twa5230 At the front below the door I had a small plate with a hole, secured the fridge there using a screw, however they could do with more fitting points. They are a basically a mini bar fridge being sold as camper van fridges

I sent a message on FB to you. I plugged mine in today, the light comes on but it doesn’t seem to be cooling. Did you have a similar issue?

@michaelmurphy1943 I had to order them from a local woodyard as no store sells 15mm ply. It's ideal to build with better that the mdf cheap stuff

I’ve bought the lightweight furniture boards before from a local guy that builds vans but unfortunately he’s retired and the suppliers won’t deliver 2/3 sheets I have to buy a 20 sheets ..

@@michaelmurphy1943 The good with DC Fix is if the surface gets damaged you can remoe it and replace cheap

@ooooobpbpbpooooo yes the filter in cab is easier. I've also noted on my last heater installation the heater runs better if the filter is upright, this stops air in the system causing smoke. Upright filter = no heater smoke

@T4TipsGuides I'm carpeting the headliner tomorrow. Your right regarding the two headliner trims and the two main inner roof panels are a pain, I normally screw them back up. Thanks for the supplier info I'll take a look

@vanlifenomad VW T4 T5 TRANSPORTER EXTRA LONG ROOF TRIM STRIP CLIPS REAR LINING CARPET LONGER Type that into eBay. That is the listing title. That is for the extra long ones. They also used to sell the headlamp adjusters but stopped due to minimum order amounts being too much for them. Byronix have quite a few clips for the T4. Never had a problem with them in 10+ years. I'm looking forward to seeing how this latest T4 of yours turns out. 👍

No measurements, the only marker is to keep right next to the driver side under chassis, i then drill a small hole form under the van to do this then mark out just enough to fit the heater
