I was walking along in S.T.A.L.K.E.R GAMMA when this song came on. I played Signalis prior to playing Gamma and I legit had to double take when it played the first time because of how well it fit into S.T.A.L.K.E.R's world. It was like unexpectedly running into an old friend...

I know it's naive to think like that, but... Deep inside, I feel like when it's all over, they're together, and happy. Who knows, perhaps this isn't hell after all ❤

I remember listening to this song a year ago in loop without having played the game, i promised myself to play it but never did, i just finished the game the last month and the goosebumps that it gave me when it played during the fake ending were incredible, truly a work of art, the depth the game has goes beyond the realm of perceptions

It was earlier this year I think, when I got sick and had to stay at home for a long time, doing things remotely, trying (and failing) to meet my deadlines at school. It was that one Friday night when I noticed the sky seemed oddly brighter even though the moon was nowhere to be seen. I decided to take a high exposure photo through my window and noticed the sky being a green colour when I looked at the photo. Almost without thinking I put on myself multiple layers of clothing (it was cold outside) and rushed out to my garden with my camera, my old rickety tripod and sure enough... Aurora borealis, right there in front of me, the sky filled with pink streaks morphing into green ones near the horizon. It was insane since I live basically in the middle of Europe, nowhere near a place where you'd normally see it. I stayed out for two hours. I was listening to this song (this loop specifically). Whenever I hear it, I remember that moment. And whenever I see those photos, I recall this music. Its as if that moment was suspended outside of everything. Outside of time, stress... It was peaceful Love the game, love the soundtrack.

My headphones ended up partially disconnected and the audio was distorted. It sounded like this song was being played back on a gameboy. The piano was still crisp, but with an added crunchiness in the background. I have been trying to recreate that sound, I can't. It was so surreal.
