Flipping mythics by evolving them is not worth it. They need to have good stats or else no one will buy them, they need to have good traits too or else no one will buy them. Getting good stats and traits requires time, frost binds, risky die, stars and rerolls. You don't get any profit all things considered, specially, SPECIALLY since mythic evos aren't in demand. You can find a buyer or two every now and then, sure, but it's not consistent enough for you to be rich, plus the fact that you're actually going negative by buying unevo and selling evo.

solar slayer is not tradeable so you cant make gems off of that

you forgot to mention the Mirror you can obtain from Hall of Mirror, it's in demand now because of the new wish banner, you can sell it from 950 gems - 1200K gems, and one more thing regarding the units you evolved and sell it to make profit it's not easy to sell if the rank is trash i guess evolving it is not the best option because you need to waste dice and FB just to roll a decent ranks, because most of players now are checking ranks before buying it even the traits is another factor.
