มุมมอง 4786 ปีที่แล้ว
HI a clip to help any other BMW 1200 GS owners ,who might have had the same problem as me.with the GREAT HELP from my friend DAVID, he was quick to solve this problem. This was a 40 minute fix I just held the light and filmed it.
You didn't show us how you to return it back stupid
Thank you so much sorted
If you are watching this video, pls see comments below too.... Hi Alex. Just fixed it, had to refix the arm that popped out on the side where the wheel went through the pot hole. You method was right. Pushed the bonnet right back and the chunky bit went back into place. Comments by the other guys below are good e.g Cameron
Hi Alex. Ok...I've lifted the bonnet as far as it can go and one side has gone back in and the side that went through the pot hole is struggling to go back to its original position. Can someone help?
Hi. Am I missing something? I can't see what the solution was?? The video commentates on some bracket being up and pushed etc...but the camera doesn't show what and where...maybe if someone else hold the video. I know this is 3 years old but is there another video out there. I just went through a deep pothole concealed by rain water and the bonnet popped up.. It is being worked on by roadworks with temp traffic lights on Goose Ry Road in Woking, Surrey
Hi yes posted a few years ago now my Mercedes was E class 2011 plate . I was was making this video on my own but if you push the bonnet as far up as you can it will push the clips in place it’s a safety feature hope this helps
Thank you. 🙏

Hit a bump in the road and my bonnet popped out just like this. Luckily came across this video or else I would have paid a mechanic a couple of hundred for a 5 minute fix. Thank god for 2.5 minute video :0
