There is the one way to enable McLaren fully upgraded in your account car collection: Step 1 is win a Tournament of champions, it gives you the purple CLK GTR fully upgraded whith white stripes. Step 2 is download a thousands of memory card for PS1 game Need for speed 4 High stakes Complete edition Mod Hypercycle Hypenucle [SLUS-00826] (file extension is .mcr & .gme). Step 3 is found a one memory card, which contains the one McLaren fully upgraded. Step 4 is plant a your account memory card in slot 1, plant a McLaren owner memory card in slot 2, start a high stakes race for two player, win a race. And then repeat step 3 and step 4 for the rest memory cards. It may take a few years. (I don't know, how McLaren owners made their memory cards quickly, they used cheats, i guess.)

Of course no, I just don't know cheats. There is no secret to enable double colour McLaren. Simple black McLaren will be red on a half after level 3 upgraded. Simple dark red McLaren will be blue on a half after level 3 upgraded. Simple dull pale blue McLaren will be purple on a half after level 3 upgraded. Simple dark blue McLaren will be black on a half after level 3 upgraded. The rest eight of simple colour McLarens will be same simple colour after level 3 upgraded. You know how to enable everything in this game, try to enable all twelve colour McLarens, which level 3 upgraded.
