How'd you come up with 2,280,000 as a price? Seems extremely high, I'd have to see books but my guess from what I can see is it looks more like 1,500,000 maximum. What is the occupancy?

We are not for sale. Most of that land is protected natural resources. The beaches belong to the people, no private beaches are legal in PR.

Ahora para alquilar está difícil por la pandemia así está aquí en Boston los mall las oficinas cerradas por el cobi no hay trabajo dee oficinas la gente trabajando desde la casa en Boston en el mall de Copley 4 torres vacías había 4’000 empleados a todos los mandaron a las casa por el cobi down town. Esos edificios vacío el convention center vacío un building que costo 1 billón sin evento el problemas es mundial no hay eventos no se sabe hasta cuando. Suerte con su negocio espero que se acabe esto pronto. La economía vuelva a normalizar.

Ese lugar decían que era para personas con tuberculosos y también había un gym en los 1975
