I think a great improvement would be to record yourself natively using a program like OBS, not you on zoom. Zoom compresses the audio and video. (You could record yourself while still on the zoom meeting if thats important) Good luck!

Important questions! I LOVE learning new things, but you're right on target that sometimes I use learning as a way of avoiding taking action.
Yes! Learning is great...but if it's a tool we're using to avoid things, then we're almost missing the boat on what we're supposed to be doing (because we're bound to learn from whatever we're avoiding!)
