    What mark are you starting with on 1-4 cylinders?

    You would have had more room and visibility if you would have remove the rotor and the caliper. It doesn't take that long to remove those. It would have made a big difference on what you could see and getting access. Why struggle. 🙄

    What new coils did you use on yours?

    couldn't see a thing. You should have aimed the camera at the floor. Just as much info.

      no, would have been better just to take of the rotor and the caliper. Not that big a deal for all the advantages to see more and better access. What is 10 minutes or less with and impact? Why struggle.

    Thank you for this video! I'm working on a 2000 Sienna and can't get that pulley off. So you were able to loosen the pulley in order to get to that bolt to release the pump?

    • @jamesvickerman4751
      @jamesvickerman4751 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not 100% sure of the question asked. If you are trying to get the pulley off the pump, leave belt on pump to use belt as resistance.

      @@jamesvickerman4751 In the video you said "If you are thinking about doing this job, think twice." That's what I did a year ago.lol. Now I am back at it. I see that you didn't remove the pulley in order to get the bolt to remove power steering pump off the van. My dad's 2000 sienna has a 14mm bolt directly behind the pulley. The holes on the pulley are too small to fit a 14mm socket. Any ideas on how to get to it?

      @@xHustleHaRdx yeah, too many mechanics just tell you the problem and the cost....explaining it and hopefully teaching someone is the whole point of all of the talking. Who wants to just watch a dude work on a car and not say all of the issues they (being an experienced person) run into or issues that someone else might run into. The owner of this van brought it to him a month after all of this stuff was paid for and supposedly fixed by a legit auto shop. The videos are posted to help avoid people from spending money on false fixes by the type of people not willing to walk the paying customer through the process.
