I had this also...it was delicious for a frozen macaroni and cheese as is, and it's even better to turn into a full meal ....add a little more butter, sharp cheddar, broccoli and chunks of rotisserie chicken....bake at the end 10 more minutes.

I never cook it frozen let it sit out for about 45 minutes and then I transfer it to a baking dish and I always add a little bit of milk mix it up and then bake it
