The mattress is soft enough that it squishes 2 inches on the passenger side and 2 inches on the driver side because the mattress is 60 x 74, but it fits👍😎 It’s a short queen from rvmattress.com Brooklyn bedding…… it’s super soft and super comfortable. It’s 15 inches tall.😎👍

@@BryanConnelly Nice! I did try that myself but I'm 6'5" so I just cant fit comfortably sideways I have to go lengthways lol. I have a regular full size innerspring mattress comfy af. I spent 3 years living in my van Australia, just a basic home built van nothing flash but it has everything I need. Been back in a house for 18 months but I'm getting the itch to do it again. It's not a bad life hey 😎

@@KenOath42 I’m 5‘-6”…… it makes van life really easy for me….. I have extra insulation on the ceiling and the floor because I’m not worried about the height. It’ll be a few videos away, but you’ll see when I build the shower. The interior of the shower is about 5’-8”. Being short makes designing things pretty easy in this thing 😎👍

@@fredzuccarelli someone told me one time that your dog is your best friend But the thing about your dog, you’re his only friend 👍😎 I think he was a little scared because I washed the vehicle and left him inside. The sound of the sprayer up against the van probably scared him.

The electric water heater will be mostly for the sink and the indoor shower…… The outdoor shower will have a switch that I can divert the water into the interior hot water tank so I can either store the water in the hot water tank and use the hot water tank just to keep it warm….. or I can just preheat the water going into that hot water tank so the electric hot water tank doesn’t use quite as much power off the battery system…….. I’m about six months behind on my videos, but even at this time, I don’t have water system completed yet…… But when I do, I will definitely make a video about it👍😎

I have six months worth of videos ready to post…….. if you notice when I introduce the video, I have a curtain up behind me. That’s so you can’t see how far along the van is. It’s actually almost done…… watch the videos and you can see the process👍😎….. subscribe it’ll tell you when each of them come out
