Dear Marco! We have a twin sp9 system. We failed the calibration program, now the brewing heads wont dispose any water, at all. Is there any solution for this kind of error? As we tried, the machine wont let us enter anything below 375. Help me please.

There is just no way those machines do as good a job with a Chemex as one does with a kettle. A person has much more control with the pour than any machine has. In fact you can see the area of the water dispensing unit does not reach all of the coffee bed, the outer areas being ignored.
