When you lose interest in one thing, it automatically unlearns from it as you no longer feed it. Get over the pattern. It's your choice to do or not to. Certain things we should and shouldn't. Also, we may not need to be attached with every thing too. If we detach ourself from life, it's then samadhi or death. If to live, we need some conditioning or attachments otherwise no ego or self to exist on. It's all illusions my friend and we waste our time in life without really living it. One day you'd lose interest in everything and by then, we are aged and old. There is no permanent state to hold on till the moment of birth where you had no identity or mind, until the detached or unconscious state by death. Any states in between both are illusions to slave your body time and energy and we think we are living, not realising slaves of many systems to ideas that we never questioned thoroughly. We took many as granted and started false beliefs, thinking there is no need to have logic or rational to believe firmly so. Yet we have no evidence or experience to claim solely such or something is a big mistake. How do we even fix many superstitions to bad thought patterns? Are we jealous of others and act I am not jealous or liar etc? We are never ashamed to lie to ourself and show a clean status but very good at finding others. Mind itself is a virus so fixing the mind requires it's primordial values of culture customer religions beliefs or core ideas . Delusion is a deep topic. When we work our own to fix it we can see how difficult to fix mind and so on. Anything that is irrational is fallacy and lie. Thus many of our beliefs that come from religions to cultures. Truth differs if you are a god believer because they always think their side and explanations are correct and others are totally wrong and never compare With the Happened reality. For example, Israel Vs gaza, you will see how been fooled by two opposing contexts and narratives. According to your origin faith etc you would side one side. But Real truth Happening is far different, may be.

I don't want to interview any candidate who gives my a generic performance. As someone who has interviewed hundreds of people over decades, I want someone who understands the competencies for a role and displays agile thinking. The best interviewees in my experience understand any interview is a dynamic process and they display flexibility and quick thinking. Wise words.

Thanks Dave, I have to say, when a candidate is well prepared, as a panel member I have been energised as a result. It always gives me a buzz when people do well.

Interviewing candidates for roles, jobs, promotion over many years it's really apparent the ones who can't maximise their experience during an interview. They really do fall as the first hurdle. The ones who succeed are the ones who understand how to project their experience into their future. This is spot on.

To be successful, the candidate needs to plan their approach to their interview. Failing to prepare well often results in a failed interview. Good Planning and preparation results in a good performance in most cases. Thanks for the comment Dave :)
