I've been on wash up for weeks, and last week and this week I had 2 shifts instead of 3.

I currently work as CSR in Domino's pizza. Just love the job flow, and wish to work inside the store.

Domino's is a toxic workplace. They don't care about your safety, your health and mental well being, they grossly underpay and they only care about the bottom line. There's absolutely no incentives, and you're just another warm body that's expendable.

You forgot to mention that veteran drivers tend to get a little narcissistic and start loading up on doubles and triples even when it's slow (or there are a ton of drivers in the wait). New drivers aren't wanting to rock the boat & just won't do that.

So im working just started 4 days ago , do you think they will give me 30 hrs a week 60 in 2 weeks as a csr at $9hr.? To get paid every 2 weeks around $470-510 every 2 weeks .?

I don't understand people who don't have a good work ethic I mean growing up I saw that my parents worked hard and they did their job well even if they hated it because they had to put food on the table and it kept a roof over our head and not only that but my mom when I was a teenager like 13.. 14 She instilled in me that when I got my first job which I got when I was 14 I needed to work hard and get to work on time and come in when they ask you know stuff like that and she even would sit with me at the kitchen table and help me practice how to properly count back change I know the cash registers get it and still do tell you how much change to give but it's good to know how to count back change properly without a machine telling you so it's always confusing for me when people don't have a good work ethic

Im not a delivery driver, and dont want to be as the neighborhood the dominos i work in is terrible. Im an insider and i can attest their standards for employees is very low. I work with alot of kids with no work ethic, on perpetual break. Theres literallly times when i am the only one on the line because everyone inc managers are taking multiple breaks. Theres a manager that got hired because she knows the franchise owner and asks to go home after being there 4 hrs because she lives an hour away. Its a joke of a job. Its so easy yet theres another manager that goes out of her way to make everyone miserable. she makes up stuff to gripe at people about. Theres a rule that we cant use our cell phones out on the floor yet when i went to the back to take my break, that i have to ask to take btw even though noone else has to ask...was informed i still couldnt be on my phone even when taking my break in the back. Its crazy how bad she makes the work environment and demoralizes everyone. .literally recieved no formal training on anything but how to cut the dough for bread bites and twists yet when i asked for some sort of guide to be posted on how much cheese goes on pizzas, was told no, that the same manager could just tell me, even though she works two weeks at a time with two weeks off. Also they determined that all employee food has to be accounted for because there were excessive shortages esp on cheese, yet if theres a mistake made when making a pizza, instead of putting it to the side for employees to have or homeless people at the end of the night, that had been the practice, ive watched the same manager just throw the pizza away. Theres a commercial about how great it is working for dominos and features a girl in her 20s that started as an employee and now has franchised 2 dominos and says that you too can be a proud franchise owner. Yet it is painfully obvious there is no room for advancement as literally every manager at this dominos all knew each other from another employment and all know the owner of this franchise and that the managers will make sure they only give certain people responsibility.

Don't get wear and tear money if we did I wouldn't of left and they would find more drivers. Drivers don't get money for repairs on there vehicles in the uk which is wrong.

I want a secret I don't know if he says it in this video cuz I haven't watched it but if you become a manager you're no longer going to be hanging out with your employees you're going to be hanging out with other managers you're going to be looking out for other managers like yourself it is tough as hell crazy I'm saying this because I'm about to become one and the 60 hour a week shifts are killing me it's not for everyone hell I've seen the manager that was there for 6 years a traveling manager quit on the spot

I quit. I was an insider. The place was filled with rats. The managers yelled. Customers were rude. Drivers would be drunk. One driver offered my crystal meth in exchange for sex and said he got it from the manager. We didn't have enough workers to deliver in less than two hours and never answered the phone

I actually brought my mate with me on my deliveries. Helps with being alone

McDonald’s was my first job in March 2001 but I wish I worked at Dominoes instead. I’m currently 37 going on 38 years old and don’t mind working at Domino’s Pizza 🍕 at this advanced age.

Omg now you tell me, @9:20... that is so true!! I started working for mountain mikes pizza and almost everything you say is true... I'm a trainee right now and I'm only supposed to work 3-4 hours learning the basics... and already my 2nd day there the manager kept me when I asked to clock out cause it was time and she was like "no! No one's leaving as of right now untill all orders and services are fulfilled!!" It was the weekend... weekends are insanely busy... So I was kept till closing time. Which was 2 hrs later.... I felt like I wasn't trained enough and I was thrown out there already... go figure... I'm 29 years old working with a bunch of 18/19 year olds I'm just there as a part timer. Cause I have another job. "Which I love the most honestly"
