I also have a submission. I lost my dad because of negligence of medical personel. They couldn't atleast give him first aid but just let him bleed unattended to until my sister rushed him to virika hospital who did all they could though it was too late. The pain of losing a loved one in such a manner is unforgivable. THE ROT @BUHINGA MUST BE DEALT WITH. Rest in peace dia Dad

The whole system is rotten starting from recruitment process to who supervises the other. This cuts across all the institutions other than the health care system. Some people *(workers) are trying to recover their funds paid during the recruitment process
