mf just casually discloses an overly detailed summary of her feelings in the desc 😭 i too felt like I was in a rut last week - I felt like I was behind and that I was 'falling off' from my normal routine and what not, and wanting to just give up on making progress in life. I dont really know what it is that youre going through but i hope you feel better now, a week later - i think beginning something new is always easy, but maintaining consistency is difficult, there will always be uncomfortable moments and thats okay, failing to be someone you want to be is *the* process of becoming someone new. If you're trying to change yourself, and becoming someone you're not right now, its going to be difficult because you don't know how to get there, so you will fail alot of times because you dont know. also its scary and uncomfotable because you dont know where you want to go, and it also feels genuinely discomforting. what i found helpful to do when im spiralling is to write out what im thinking, or to just say "okay im thinking of this right now in this moment, but thats just an thought that i have and it doesnt decide or determine who i am" i dont know if my yapping is helpful but thats just my experience from life! take care <3
