Hey near neighbors! Trying not to be all stalker and such but my spidey sense puts you on the east side of academy in the village7/garden ranch area - can tell by the architecture. I am on west side of academy in the garden ranch wedge (you probably get the reference). You can find me any given night walking the pups around pulpit rock as I have been doing with all my puppy’s long before university park was built and known as the Houck estate given we usually walk from the house down montebello to the drainage that takes you in. Of course you know the caretaker ruins - right? Honestly not sure about the new trails city and uni put in for the bikers - the evil imp in me would like to see them go down the old community trails that went straight up the bluff (literally). Yes it should be singular. You pointed out the best dogger spaces. Loved the video.

I am soooo jealous. C-Springs' Garden of the gods is so beautiful. If I weren't in such poor health at the moment, I'd join your group in a heartbeat.

When does this reseroir freeze over - before being covered in snow - creating perfect(and safe) ice skating conditions??
