Good video. I did my install today. The first hole where the shoulder guard snapped on both sides for me when trying to remove it. At the factory they are clearly tightning these shoulder guards way too much. What I ended up doing is actually connecting the tether to the bolt that holds that plastic piece right near that area. I put it on the opposite side of the screw, and threw a nut over it, on the other side of it. Not sure if that makes sense, but I'd rather have it open more than open less and use the 2nd hole.

What made you go with OEM vs all the other aftermarket doors?

I have a new L4060 and I need to cut 38 acres. What attachment should I buy?

Do the window defrosters not come standard?? I put a deposit down on a L4060…I will be snowblowing so I need those for sure! As well, what’s the overall weight of your tractor with how and loader? Do you know by chance?

Awesome Video Jeff, Thanks! I bought my L4060 in March 2022 and just hit my first 50 hours. My Manual says to replace both Hydraulic filters. I noted part number HHTA0-59900 for the HST Hydraulic oil filter you changed. I was wondering if you could tell me the part number for the second Hydraulic filter you purchased but did not replace in this video. Any chance you still have that information?

You could save yourself all that garbage draining stuff by pumping it out with a compressor driven vacuum pump. You won't have oil over your belts, garage. You also won't have to worry about that drain leaking all your oil out. You will be a lot more apt to change your oil more often this way.

I have a 6 foot wide Land Pride finish mower for my L4060. However I have never used it. Its brand new! Going to be exciting to cut grass with my diesel powered mower soon.

Hook a shop vac up to your trans fill port in the ass of the machine. It will keep the fluid from dumping out on you due to keeping it under pressure. Or at least thats what I was told by a tech. I have a brand new 4060 with 42 hours on it. Looking forward to all this work ughh ...

What is the length from the front of the grill guard to the back of the lower shoulder of the backhoe? Trying to figure out if it will fit in a 14' dump trailer with the loader up and the backhoe turned to one side and the arm outside of the trailer.

What’s the L4060 Limited Edition weight limit. I’m having to realign a few rocks which my sister in law ran into and I’m wondering though doubting if it would tip over lifting a 500lb stone.

I went back and checked my manual and it looks like they did change it to change both filters that seems to be a revision they made to the manual , going back an looking at the pdf my dealer gave me an one i found online it looks like it was added some ware between version TD350-1958-2 and TD350-1958-9

Replacing the spark plugs makes me want to just go buy a new rv so I don’t have to mess with them! Stupid ass design!

Are you sure that it didn’t mean to run the tractor as in drive it some so as to get the axle shafts moving inside the axle housing to allow the oil to distribute and any air pockets to be filled? I would imagine simply running the engine isn’t going to allow the oil to be distributed throughout the axle. And once distributed the oil level at full capacity should be just below the oil check bolt threads. If the oil is flowing out profusely without driving it some, to me that would indicate that the oil hadn’t been distributed throughout the axle housing.

Nice video..ty..I got the half in..reg ..I used black pipe..in my shop..old school..il get that matt..for my unit..ty..I bought a industrial air unit as well..60 gal. 3 hp.2 stage...Saylor-beall..brand from st.johns,Michigan..3 grand..full pkg with after-cooler..I checked them out on utube..the fan is on the motor..that also has a transmission cooler on the housing to cool the air as it go,s in the tank..room temperature..I'm in fl. It's hot down here it's the Cadillac of all air comprsoirs..in my mind..got the profomance pkg..runs vary quite..as well..

When you are mowing how loud is the cab? Do you know the db level. I’m looking at a Bobcat tractor because it’s $15k cheaper but there cab is around 80db when mowing, thank you sir.
