I truly hoe that this wonderful place continues to thrive...and provide such a lovely series of spaces for your "guests/friends" to both work and live together in "community".     AAaHHH! Kissing bugs! Yes you should be scared ~ you can die from their bites! ~ in a couple of years~ about 50% of kissing bugs are infected with the Chagas parasite. When i camp oudoors I always stay in a net tent with a cover in case it rains.

    Por desgracia el coral vivo que se ve en el video es muy poco, antes el coral de Huatulco era enorme ahora solamente se pronostica que el 90% del coral esta muriendo, y esto debido al calentamiento global, la gente que reside en Huatulco ha echo un buen trabajo en conservación de sus playas y arrecifes, pero es un ciglo que hemos acelerado y que va a vobrar factura, porque los corales oxigenan mas el ambien aun mas que un bosque entero, y esto va a ocasionar que cuando llegue un huracán a la zona no va a ver protección para que este impacte menos en la zona, lamentablemente se va a acabar lo que tenemos y todo por la ambición humana, lamentable.

    Disfruten de nuestras playas, pero no vivan aquí y no es por ser mala leche pero esto ha causado la gentrificacion de nuestros pueblos, asi mucha gente pierde sus tierras o ligares donde viven porque ya todo esta muy caro, desplazando familias originales de ese lugar y asi haciendo aun mas pobreza en la región, especialmente en Oaxaca que es donde mas pobreza hay por población nacional.

    Enjoyed that video tremendously. Brought back great memories of my time in the area from 2007-2016. I was on mission trips for my Church both preaching and translating. English-Spanish-Tzotzil! I was the spanish part 😂. Love the people, never ever had an issue while there, but I hear from my friends there that crime has been increasing. Once again thanks for the video.

    Tao, so Huatulco to Mazunte is only an hour and half away? WOW!!!! Incredible!!!! Mazunte looks to be such a cool place, so green and tropical beach town/ The vibe looks and feels amazing...     Very disrespectful of you to take footage without permission from locals. If you spend anytime at all in San Cristobal, lots of people will tell you not to take photos or videos. No wonder so many people in that town look down on gringos.
