I don't know who the foolish economist invented "Trikle down theory". The greedy capitalist will never share the equitable profit with his workforce. Workforce suffer because of weakening the Unions and Labour laws. Companies are providing meagre sustenance wages. Consumption and savings rate has gone down. The Companies who gave donations by way of Electoral Bonds to political parties have doubled the prices of goods they produced. GST on these goods have risen the costs making them unaffordable. Time has come to form stong Unions to fight such Companies who don't share profits by way of salaries and bonuses.

This is only for the companies who's consumer market is indians. But the companies, who's target customers are non-indians, would find no reason to give a hike to their employees, as the main business of theirs, comes from EU or the USA. The truth is, this advise will go in vain, and no company would do anything to improve the lives of the employees. The situation of salaried employees, in India is deteriorating on a very fast way. No one is getting what they should. They're being exploited, while the companies are continuing to make large profits. If this continues, people might turn towards leftiest policies, leading to change in govt regime. A leftiest govt could result in many companies leaving india. On a longer run, india should focus on regional trade, instead of national or international trades. The traditional trading class used to be very localised, would cater to his area, with very less competition. Big businesses haven't just destroyed the spending capacity, by keeping the cash with themselves, but they also destroyed the thousands of local businesses. This is a direct result of LPG policies of Narsimha Rao and Manmohan singh, which gave access of Indian market and Indian labour to the entire world. The future seems to be shady, for the workforce, especially when there's no one trying to listen to the salaried individuals, but we keep paying loads of taxes.
