When you’ve cut the metal like this, do you still have to grind your valves in still, with the weird paste stuff?🤔or does the cutting smoothen the metal enough so you don’t have to grind the valves? Or do you have to grind them in regardless?🤔obviously not a mechanic but it’s something I want to know lol 🤣🤣

ford 460 external balance, should the flexplate weight be facing the 12 o'clock position ? or be facing 180 degs the other way in the 6 o'clock position? in relation to the hatchet weight in the front. please help me, thanks

I am not a key board expert but a time served, now retired toolmaker, miller then jig borer and using strap clamps closer to the packing piece than the job is very bad practice.

Had a few MGB's mainly x damage to pulled them on the dozer...they are tough to pull the chassis as it was thick gauge steel. Nice simple engine quite fast enough for UK roads.
