@@C-Money37 I've done the mission before. You find him yelling for help from the fridge. You shoot it open and see he is a Ghoul. He says he has parents in quincy. You can actually sell him to someone you find a little further down the road from where you find him. If you don't sell him, you can find his parents in quincy. They're also ghouls. I'm not sure if it gives you a quest marker to the parents or if you have to find them. I found them, though. Then they have a happy reunion. I beat Fallout 4 around 5 times now, so im pretty sure.
