Hey thanks for the video, how did you remove and replace the tappet cup that the one close to the chain pully where not much clearance?

For anyone looking to do the job, the Dorman brand doesn't come with a new dust cover (part that protects shaft going into transfer case). You have to modify the old one because it'll be too small to fit over the dorman. That or buy a brand that includes new dust cover.

False advertising. This does not match a 2008 3.3L sienna. I know this from trying to follow this video on my own van. It failed miserably. For the 2008, the transmission lines are bolted under the top radiator support, which has to be removed to get to them, which require flexing the front bumper trim forward to get to the 8 bolts that hold it on. The radiator cap is on the drivers side. The Radiator filler neck has to be removed to prevent breaking it when you pull the fan assembly.

When i go through a puddle my steering locks up, what may it be.

Somehow they put mine on with no Alan/star head on the bolt so I was forced to hacksaw it off and grind it down 🙃

Exhaust spec is 0.48mm. Your 0.40mm is within spec. Did the noise go away after replacing the lifters? I have the same noise on my 07 Camry 2az-fe. I checked all the lifter gaps and found they are all in spec: intake 0.19-29mm, exhaust 0.38-0.48mm. But the noise is still there. Just wondering about your result. What size of new lifter did you get?

I don’t like this kind of mechanic,he didn’t test anything,just because the fan is not working he suggests to replace it.he will make you replace everything and still don’t know the problem 😢

I have a 2008 dodge grand caravan 4.0 last summer I turned my van on and check engine light is on, the code is p0403 and p0406, so I started with egr valve brand new one on, toke off my whole top half off cleaned it from all the carbon, put it all back on and the code p0406 went off it's just code p0403 can a evap purge valve cause the egr to not work and code to go out? The code p0403 is a solenoid code so I'm wondering if this is the issue?
