This isn't a mod actually; It was a pre-order bonus and then later it was released as free DLC, it's even appeared in the comic's and Playstation All-Stars. I don't blame you for not knowing though, a lot of commenters here didn't know at first. (And I wish I could mod something like this into the game lol.🤣)

Yeah, this game definitely has a lot of good stuff in it that doesn't really get appreciated much because the gameplay is a bit rough. (Which I agree with personally, despite still loving this game, it 100% could've used more time in the oven to polish it up) It's always good to see you man. (I've actually been working on a bigger, more scripted PASBR video recently, a ranking of all the stages from worst to best in my opinion, so definitely be on the lookout for that)

That does seem like the most likely next step, especially because the ending of Orochi 4 is the heroes once again going to back to their own worlds and forgetting everything that happened. Not entirely sure about the gameplay though, you could do what Koei does a lot and re-use the animations from those games and use them to make movesets that still use the characters main weapon, so they don't have to put too much work into making the characters from DW9/Origins, or SW5 characters work in the same game. That's my guess as to what they could do for those games characters. (They kinda already did that a lot of DW9 anyways)

It's like the Kylo Ren meme, "More!... MORE!". And considering that I did find a couple more things that I could add to the number, and DW Origins is coming out, I'm probably gonna have to make a follow up to this vid. Especially with how well it's doing

I'll be completely honest, I kinda forgot about Godseekers. :P Although I'm not entirely sure I would add Lei Bin and Lixia to the list as they've never been playable in a musou-style game, since Goodseekers is a strategy RPG, but I could 100% see why you'd think they should've been here. Actually, considering how well this is doing for my standards, and with the release of DW Origins, I'll most likely end up doing a follow up to this, which would be correcting some info that wasn't the most accurate, and adding the new characters in DW:O, plus Warriors Legends of Troy, (Since after making this video I feel like I should've included it) so I probably will mention Godseekers in there as well. Nice guess on how many new characters could be there too btw. I'm glad you enjoyed the video as well.

I mean considering it crosses over stuff like Atelier, Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive, along with the historical figures, and gods, it kind of already is a multiversal action game since I doubt those games take place in the same universes/timelines as the ones in Dynasty and Samurai Warriors.

This could be possible since Samurai Warriors 5 rebooted the entire Samurai Warriors series

It really does depend on Sucker Punch if they want to make a new Infamous game. And not gonna lie, seeing an Infamous game take place after the bad ending of 2 would be pretty cool. Maybe you could make the Second Son story line a sort of spin-off series. Make the ones that took place after the good ending not have numbers, but subtitles instead, and give the ones that take place after the bad ending that still involve Cole the numbered titles. I've heard a lot of good things about the Prototype games, but I've still not played them. Definitely on the list of games I should get around to sometime.

Yeah, since Warriors Orochi 4 did end with the heroes going back to their own worlds and forgetting everything once again, getting a fresh restart in a reboot sorta way could be a good idea. That way you could still add new characters, and not worry about story continuity with the other four games. And as for the Greek characters I suppose they could still be included, just not in the story mode, as just extras who are non-cannon.

I mean considering that, like I mentioned, Zhou Cang is in Warriors All-Stars, and so many of the animations in DW9 are taken from DW8. I'm sure that taking the attacks from those games and turning them into the normal gameplay style wouldn't be too hard. Sure, it would take a lot of time, just like most things in game development, but I don't doubt it would be possible to do. And as for story, well who's saying we can't go back to Orochi as the main antagonist? All the heroes went back to their own worlds at the end just like always, so what's stopping the plot from bringing him back again? Plus, I don't think Orochi not being the main antagonist was really the biggest problem people had with WO4's story. (Although I will admit, I'm not the biggest fan of Orochi as a villain, he's not bad, and at the very least he is a means to an end. That end being having the casts of DW and SW together. But when WO1, 2 and 3's plots can be summed up as, "Stop Orochi from being resurrected" it kinda gets boring with the Dr. Wily syndrome. Not to say WO4's story is good, but it was nice to have a new villain. The problem was that it wasn't thought out all that well)

@@SirIsaacFortesque I guess they can do that.. Tho.. If they do.. Will they just give back the characters their old DW8 moveset? Or will they work on transforming DW9 moveset into the old style?? That's the big question I think.. As for the story.. While the whole story of stopping orochi from ressurecting is a bit off.. But isn't that only a thing from WO3?? WO1 and WO2, he just revived once and stay until he got killed in WO2.. And besides WO3 has the best story with their time travel stuff.. WO4 sure it is refreshing to see a new villain.. But going from Asian myth to a greek and norse is quite the big jump.. The characters just feel so out of place (I know there's weird collab char, but that's collab) not to mention the whole game title is Warrior "Orochi" If they do ended up making WO5 let's just hope they cook a better story.. I do want to play with some of the new character design from DW9, I really love the design change for Zhang Bao and some of the female characters..

@@GReyn I have a feeling that with there being quite a bit of backlash of cloning the characters and the assets already being in the old style I think they'd go back to the DW8 weapons and movesets, rather than use the ones from DW9. (Especially with how many characters were turned into clones when they weren't before like Zhuge Dan using Zhuge Liang's moveset, or Xiahou Yuan using Taishi Ci's. Seriously, I like both of those characters, but that's not a good fit for Xiahou Yuan) I will admit, I'm not really that familiar with Orochi 1, 2 and 3. I own 2, but I haven't played much due to my PS2 being on the fritz rn. And I don't own 1 or 3. (Which is why I used someone else's footage for WO3) So that may just be my inexperience talking. And yeah, I can agree that going from Asian folklore gods to greek gods is a bit weird, let's hope the next games story is better. (And the collab character you're thinking of is Achilles from a rather forgotten Koei Musou game, Warriors: Legends of Troy. Also known as Troy Musou in Japan... Maybe I should've included that in this video actually) 100% I would love some DW9 costumes in the next game, a lot of those designs looked pretty good. Some of My favorites would probably be Yuan Shao, Liu Bei, Guan Yinping and Sima Yi.

Oh and another personal thing I would like is a proper fight between Tadakatsu Honda vs Lu Bu could even make it a triple threat and put Keiji Maeda in there

I'm glad you liked the video. And yeah, it is a shame some of these games didn't get their characters in, or all of them in the case of Strikeforce 2, would've been nice to see them in. Not entirely sure I'd call my analysis very detailed but I did try and make sure I got everyone I could. I actually do have a couple of ideas similar to this one, but on different series's. The first being what characters are missing from BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, (Which is a big crossover of games made by Arc System Works like BlazBlue and Persona 4 Arena, and some stuff they published like Under Night In-Birth, or just stuff they wanted in there like Arcana Heart, Senran Kagura, RWBY, or Akatsuki Blitzkamf) and what if the Neo Geo Pocket had a big dream match game. (To explain what that is, the Neo Geo Pocket is a handheld made by SNK, who you might know for games like King of Fighters or KOF for short, Metal Slug, and Samurai Showdown, and that idea is basically just mashing together all the characters that are in the fighters on that system, which is more than you would think) Not sure if you'd be interested in those but I felt like mentioning it.

Yeah it's a shame they didn't do anything more with this power. But I guess they felt like they didn't need to since the Amp exists.

@@SirIsaacFortesque I like both ideas. Tho first game became increasingly more difficult. I hope they think about a infamous 3. Where we can have Cole return along with delsin. Maybe like a coop mechanic. Depending which path you both take will effect the ending like for example if cole decided to do good route. And delsin do bad. They'd probably have to fight to the death

@@EasyTargetNIN Yeah, getting some kind of representation for the Gigiawatt Blades in Infamous 2 would've been nice. Interesting idea for another game too; Not sure how I would feel if Cole came back because of how that may kinda undermine the ending of Infamous 2 but it could be an idea worth looking at. And having some sort of co-op or two stories switching perspectives sometimes would also be pretty cool with both Cole and Delsin, sadly I don't think Delsin's going to be revisited even if we get a new Infamous because of how negatively the fan base thinks of Second Son, especially with its story, don't get me wrong, I like Second Son, but I'm kind of in the minority in that conversation, which makes me think if Sucker Punch ever does make another Infamous game they'll just forget about Delsin, and make a new protagonist. Which I don't dislike the idea of, but at the same time Delsin does have a lot of potential, and what about the ending of the Paper Trail side quest? I honestly don't blame SP for not doing anything with the series at this point with how much their backed into a corner when it comes to "What should we do next?".

@@SirIsaacFortesque I understand, I think Cole returning would make a beneficial addition. Cause in the good route. It shows he died. But the one thing that happened. Was the lightning strike hitting the boat. And you remember how Cole heals right? Right so there is a possible chance he was revived by it. Delsin. I do admit I don't really like him. But this sequal could be a good chance to make him more likeable for audience especially with the duo of Cole himself Sequal could focus on what they had planned for the future of second sons. Maybe more time shit is involved. To the point Cole needs to figure out how to time travel and take delsin with him to save the future or present. Something crazy for a real finale. Hell I'd be happy for a remaster too for the first 2 games

@@EasyTargetNIN Yeah, I like Delsin, but I can understand why people don't like him, he isn't handled the best. Which is probably because of Sony wanting Second Son to be a launch title for the PS4, that's certainly something you could say about a lot of aspects about SS. And I do actually like the idea of Cole and Delsin teaming up as sort of a passing of the torch to the new generation kinda thing. Reminds me of an idea for a new Dead Rising game that someone had in a comment section where Frank and Chuck, (The protags of the first two games) teamed up with the third games protag, Nick, and having some dialog that was essentially, "I'm getting too old for this" or something like that. I can definitely see Cole at the end if both have good karma being, "Well, you've proved yourself kid, it's your story now" or something to that effect. Not sure how I feel about time travel but maybe that's because it's just so hard to make sense most of the time when a series introduces the concept when it wasn't part of the plot to start with. (Edit: Okay I just remembered that Kessler time traveled in the first game, but the situations would likely be pretty different when compared to your idea and what happened to Kessler) And yes, getting Infamous 1 and 2 on PS4 and 5 in some sort of HD collection, al la the various Mega Man Legacy Collections would be great.

Yeah, I'm not really a shaf fan, (Not for any reason against him, it's just not my type of content) but that's one aspect I really do like about his rankings. I do agree that the gameplay could be better and could also have less gimmick stages, I didn't hate most of them as I mentioned in the video, but I would like more standard platforming as that is the game's biggest strength. And I'm also really excited to play the other games, I do have the HD collection as I mentioned in the segment on Mz. Ruby, and I do have Thieves in Time so it's really just a matter of me getting around to playing them, I do plan on making vids for those three as well if you were wondering. Glad you liked the vid man. (Also fun fact: I was actually wanting to use Apollo in the video and not just the thumbnail, but the chroma key in my video editor got rid of his tie as well with both the blue and green screens from the Apollo collection's animation studio so I had to scrap the idea)

I loved Thieves in time, unfortunately it’s not just that no one wants to pick up Sly again, it’s also because the IP went back to Sony (as Sony has always owned it) so all rights are back with Sony and they haven’t decided to do anything with Sly. Sad because I love Sly and have so many theories as to how they can continue.

I’m so glad to see you getting to this review, well explained for unscripted Isaac, now you see what I mean by the miss ruby fight being broken (I could be wrong but from what I remember as a kid her fight was less annoying on the PS2 version) the art and cutscenes are really great, as for his model in Sly one if you look at the original Sly designs they try to base it on that an his face is just smaller and slimmer, you’ll notice that, in Sly 2 and onwards you’ll notice, I hope you’ll enjoy the other Sly games and look forward to your thoughts on the other Slay games. @@The_KingdomKey Glad you liked it man, and about Sly's face, it's not that it looks weird, it looks like it's unfinished, from certain angles you see that his eyes aren't all that attached to his face and you can see the background through his model, that that the model for his face looks off.

@@SirIsaacFortesque oh yeah, that’s just a technical issue I believe, because sometimes you can see through his eyes in the other games (not Sly 4 tho) but I do also understand what you mean.

Yeah, having some sort of Amp power up to call back the Gigawatt blades would've been pretty cool, but I guess they thought more people would want to use ranged attacks and just put effort into stuff like finishers and throws.

Yeah, getting the first three Infamous games in one collection would be great to make them more accessible, and make sure Festival of Blood isn't lost, it would be much better than the subscription service sony's offering now.

​@@SirIsaacFortesque I think Bluepoint Games can make remaster or remake versions if we are talking about infamous from PS3 era. Second son is a very good game too, but Cole is more interesting character for me, and his storyline is much better, it’s my opinion or just nostalgia. Very underrated franchise.

@@alexbayer2365 Yeah, I really hope Sony let's Bluepoint (If they're still around, I actually don't know if they are) make more collections like they did before, especially for series's that need it like Ape Escape. And yeah, I think Second Son is a good game too, even if I do think Delsin's potential was kinda squandered by the fact that the karma system was most likely an obligation, making the story spend less time developing him, and more so making room for the other playthrough, (Now that's a vid I plan to make one day) plus Cole has had two games worth of story, and Del's only had one chance, and considering how many people don't like the story of Second Son, I feel like SP is just going to abandon Del's story if they ever come back to the franchise, and that hurts as someone who actually liked SS's story.

Yeah, they are pretty cool, I do understand not keeping them for the second game though, balancing, and the fact that the Amp exists kinda makes Melee powers obsolete considering Cole doesn't just use his fists for melee attacks now.

I'm glad you liked it man, that first try clip was an idea I had from the start when I was writing this actually. And yeah, it's good, I just thought you were being harsh considering how the devs were most likely treated when the beta was out, and with all the character interactions you could definitely tell they cared, I just found it harsh you were saying that when it seemed like a you problem, it's no biggie though. as for Let's playing the Arkham games, I'm not sure, maybe Asylum because that's my favorite, but I'm not sure about the others, I'm not planning on it now but maybe someday.

I didn't use a program in the PS3, I did it the old-fashioned way of a capture card, it's one of those cheap ones that you connect from the HDMI cords of the PS3 and your computer.

Sadly no, Nightwing and Catwoman don't have capes so they can't do anything, I just picked Robin because a: he's my favorite character to play as that isn't Batman, and b: he's got more to him that's unique without being extremely limited like Catwoman, or is just extremely awkward like Nightwing.
