The answer is EMOTIONAL health :) Our heart represents acceptance, belief systems around self love, protection, balance, harmony , awareness , connection and feeling joy. Can you relate? :) If this is out of balance, it leads to physical issues in the heart. Why? To create self awareness, get your attention to slow down and make a change! I feel if one can do life coaching before marriage for the fiancé x2 it can be a real eye opener. I wish I could have but within the now marriage I have used some of the tools in the life coaching where I know his values and he knows mines more than a mere live language. It's really essential that you can comprehend what the other is saying after the communication and yes there must be elements of growth.

You can go to so many avenues to make it work, some say here's your list of duties and they send you off. It's very exhausting and yes that's how years go and eventually you start losing your own soul.

It's beautiful that Allah granted us this balance in forms and yes the masculine need to respect the feminine and the feminine should beable to be the beautiful teachers at home and give herself the time also to rest during times she needs to. I also feel I would love to be supported by the masculine and do my part at home. Recently joined hubby in a 8 to 7 job 6 days a week for 6 months. Slow disaster... I am happy to now be at home and have the time space and yes also working at my own pace on my life coaching as I also want to Create and impact on all souls.

What makes a person change their mind and go through the process of change is when they see that doing the same thing over and over looking/expecting for different result is just insanity. That's a quote said in my own scattered words which I can't remember who said😊

I once struggled with isolating myself it was not self preservation because the people around me really felt very superficial. I agree on the tribe but tribes also allow you to be yourself whereas with others you bring up a topic and know that ain't their cup of tea. So tribes are beautiful and you go out there inspired and in your full energy to deal in a good way with the others who don't really get you. Why would Islam Be first preached privately... Then after to the public. There are reasons to create that powerful foundation and souls and the you go out there... I like that about different view points and I do agree we must sit with all people because really we are all interconnected.

I have noticed that sometimes people are waiting for others to make the first step resch out or care. Once you do, you create that opening to in turn create the unity. Also those within the family may know you are there to help but they won't take the help from you. Sad.

Regarding Men and Women Reversal of Roles in terms of working and being the breadwinner, no problem as long as the Masculine / Feminine Balance is there. A woman working and supporting the house is her being in her Masculine Energy, in other areas her Husband therefore has to step up more to ensure that he brings out her femininity. Regarding divorce, work at the marriage but know when it's time to call it quits especially when there's kids involved, trauma continues into their futures. Dua is major but when a person is feeling low and depressed and they are told, make dua it can be most frustrating as they are disconnected from ALLAH. They need to first find a reason or way to reconnect. When it comes to the man had every intention but life happens and a women calling a man out on his "promises"... a generous man and a masculine man will always be generous and find ways to be generous. It's not about money, Nabi SAW didn't have money but he was best to his wives in CHARACTER and fulfilling his wives rights.
