My rate of catching pokemon from raids increased dramatically when i started to do the circle lock trick and only throw the balls when im confident it will be a great or perfect throw. Many people fond it difficult but with little practise it's totally worth it. Especially if you do many raids and youre able to create some muscle memory for each pokemon
