I admit not seen the whole series, but i have one issue. Before I say it, let me explain, I get making the story more believable as well as creative license and leniency. That said, lex Luthor making doomsday to kill superman comes off as cowardly. The Lex Luthor in the comics would want that honor to himself. Now there is Superman 4 (edit: got my numbers messed up) where Lex Luthor created the superbeing with half Lex and half superman (don't get me started on that), and a nuclear bomb in the sun to create, so I get there are canon cowardly Luthors. But a big badass Prison hardened Lex Luthor relying on a creation? Nope makes no sense. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but with the character they created it's sketchy. This is the issue with us hardcore comics fans trying to accept a live action alternative. I will say, other than cartoon variants, this is the best Doomsday outside of the comics, not a fan of Bizzaro being the base, but oh well, better than Zod, better looking as well

They did Doomsday a lot better than Snyder did. They got the design and fighting right but the origin is still not correct. Hopefully Gunn will show the comic accurate origin story for Doomsday,we have never gotten that story in live action.
