such a personality, plus a HOF golfer. Such a pleasure to listen to him.

Great interview! I really enjoyed learning to know Joe Skovron a bit more as I love to see Ludvig play. Thank you! :)
Suicidal man wins golf tournament
6:33 is such a heart breaker man
Great wisdom from Rory. Good to hear that he is taking a higher stance and considering this situation on a way less emotional level.
Rory is just a douchebag
NO he left the team for money that is not the essence of the Ryder cup.
Rory is a 🤡
Why?
He is a great golfer and articulates himself better than almost anyone so you sound like a tool
Henrik Stenson deserves a serious apology and should absolutely be the captain of the next euro ryder cup team!!
Why?
Really didn’t seem at this time he would even consider what has just happened.. So sad.
Crazy what can happen in 1.5 months… He sounds so calm, grounded, and grateful here… Heartbreaking
Godspeed young man… Jesus will heal you Grayson
you cannot be that ignorant.......
He was seen berating people in the Raleigh, North Carolina area last month, including his fiance. She had enough, called off the engagement, and went back to California. Grayson starting drinking again, and without the warm body of a female (she is hot...would suck the pherts out of her bummy after buying her a bean burrito), he was left to be alone in his hotel room drinking, and also being forced to Jack Hoff. Very lonely. Throw in a few bogeys and it became hopeless. Imagine having to Jack Hoff instead of having hot woman in bed? And then all of those bogeys? He walked off the course and ended it. Truth be told, his finance dodged a bullet by leaving him. She was destined for misery dealing with poor Grayson. He looks like a redneck, so it is not like he was going to get another hottie. The PGA tour is not like the LPGA (muffin divers), so unless dear Grayson swung both ways, he was going to have to meet up with Jack Hoff. Contrast theory explains it. Hottie to Jack...must have been tough to deal with. Throw in the booze addiction, and there was only one way out, and he took it.
So sad man . RIP
Fauci Ouchi takes yet another.. 😢🙏
Wrong about that 🤡🤡🤦🏼🤦🏻♀️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏿
He was anti the covid vax, bozo.
@@mccann82 that's exactly right but you can't tell these trolls and bots anything
he committed suicide
@@marketsmoto3180 the op doesn’t care, he’ll move on to the next dead person
Poor guy ❤️
We are all going to die at some point it’s sad he went so young
RIP
Well, think he managed it ok, wouldn't you say..😏 🇸🇪👍
You should have asked about the strategy on hole 11.....It would be interesting to hear now, when knowing what happened..
I hear ya...but we did ask about strategy on hole 12, and hole 15.... no way we could have known it would come down to that specific one, you know?:)
@@garrettjohnstononfantasygo5049 Well, 11 is a classic hole, where a lot of mistakes have been done historically. It was a big fault going for the pin there. A beginners mistake. The caddie should have adviced the youngster to lay up to the right. Yes no 12 is also important to hear how they think. But 15 is less important than 11. Well, I still canT understand why they did`nt try toget a better drop, close to the green. If it had been Mickelson or anyone else, they had been talking to the referee for half an hour, about their options. The youngster have a mind set of" i am only playing for fun, and whatever happens happens, sort of" That is why he need a caddie who know the rules and taking action in these situations. Whatever, it was a good interview. Thank you
Interesting! And especially watching it now after the Masters, it makes sense to what we saw on screen. Well done! And being a Swede from the same home course as Ludvig I love watching him. Great to find out more about Joe!
thanks pal. Glad you enjoyed it!
When he won THE OPEN i was so happy for Ernie. That was great!
Ernie, a class act.
Amazing talks with Joe! As a Swede who’s sheering for Ludde i love it❣️🙏🏼🙌🏼 We love you as we love Ludvig Joe 😃
Great interview. Excellent content.
This podcast rocks!
thanks a bunch! You too
I had the pleasure of meeting Ernie Els in Orlando at the (Was then) The Cricketer's Pub on International Drive, in 2002. He came to watch RSA Rugby play then too. I met him outside the pub but then he came into the bar where I was stood and spent about an hour with him. I can tell you it was absolutely awesome. He was good enough to give some theoretical advice to gain more club head speed with my driver and it worked. Ernie back then helped me get my CHS upto 114mph, recorded. I am forever thankful to him for that and still am. What an absolute awesome person he is.
Great interviewer! Thank you very much for this.
Such a classy and polite gentleman and great sportsman and golfer.
Colin Montgomery is a fantastic golfer and team player.
The weird thing about Rory at the present time is that he is in peak physical condition, virtually the same as Tiger was at his prime, and yet he hasn’t managed to win a major championship in almost 10 years, to the day. He was far more impressive when he was chubby, less experienced and physically not as strong. Nowadays, he cannot seem to put four good rounds together, and I believe his caddie, Harry Diamond is average at best, and the very top players have always had a top class bagman! Think of Tiger and Steve Williams, Phil and Jim Mackay, Ernie and Ricci Roberts, and currently Scottie and Ted Scott.
He came very close 2022 Open and 2023 US Open. If not for Cam Smith putting out of his mind final round 2022 he likely takes that one, and clark just played one stroke better last year. I do think hell get another, but so much of it is mental now as he routinely misses a key putt under 4’ in the final round when close.
What a gentleman
Fred Couples won more Firestone events than any other golfer.
After the LIV fiasco no one is interested in what he has to say.
Apart from yourself obviously otherwise why you watching this video....on what Rory has to say 😂😂
@@greatwhiteshark9192 I'm only here to tell people like you that you have absolutely no idea just how utterly despised Rory is outside of the Fake News world.
Winning a major this year
Keep dreaming...been saying that for last 9years...what's changed?
Brave reporter....At the end Ernie says "Now we fight" lol
The biggest difference between Tiger and Ernie --- Tiger may have been the finest putter ever in the modern era.
OLD SAYING IN GOLF: TEE FOR SHOW, PUT FOR MONEY/WIN! Which is why Tiger was better than the rest cos he putted accurately and won even after bad or average tees! There lies the difference between Tiger (miles better) and Ernie!!
Arguably the most impressive golf swing of all time, he always maintained a good relationship with Tiger. Erne Els in my view has been the most consistently respectful to all golf fans and players worldwide. If anyone deserves to be at The Masters table it's him, but all other major wins confirms his legendary status beyond any doubt.
Don't let Bernhard watch this!
Great interview, the interviewer has a deep knowledge of the game and Earnie liked that.
West Links North Berwick - eclectic.
He won, and won many....and he has the smoothest swing along with Couples. Those two, it's like going to the symphony.
Definitely yes to those golf swings.
Ernie has had a great career, but based on his incredible ability and talent, he should have won at least 8-10 major championships, as well as completed the Grand Slam. Tiger is obviously one of the reasons that Ernie never won more, but I still believe he failed to close out the deal in many big tournaments!
He was a very laid back player with natural talent oozing. Also cos he played at tigers peak , it was difficult to win multiple majors. One that slipped away though was against Todd Hamilton at the open. Should have won that
Lower half of flagstick dense foam outside diameter the rewarded a fine shot not to Ricochet in the drink
What professional athlete wants to focus on their worst losses? I would have stopped the interview
Only in your dreams would you be interviewed
I will agree with you it is an odd series of questions. Very very odd
*promo sm* 🌺
Rocco is the all around 🐐.
Really good interview 😎
The list goes on an on. 2010 US open he was +5 on only the 17th hole. Lost by 2 shots.
Nice interview✌️🙏
Proper boy!!
