Fake it’s i spy candy witch makes 2 eyes spawn and teleport like in the MINES
explanation time! btw, i am not a dev, and i'm saying this from personal experience & how i understand it. things may be wrong. so, once you open the room halt is in, it teleports everyone in it, but if you or the server is lagging, the teleport may fail, but since all previous rooms behind halt unload, void teleports you inside halt's room, but the game somehow thinks you've already passed halt, and doesn't spawn him.
im a dev and a decompiler, it's not a server lag, it's client lag, the network sometimes fails to run a module if their fps is insanely low or are frozen for a bit. Light flickering is also a module, but ran on server, and halt is ran on client for example.
