G axis cable sucks on these
Do not buy it if the service manuals are not included. The presses (we have five) runs excellent for a year or two; then, the error messages start popping. If you want to enforce your "Right to Repair." (No annual expensive maintenance contracts), you need the service manuals. (NOT USER'S MANUAL)
If that's the case, I bet you need more than the manual to work on the machine.
Does this use a Fanuc style control?
Why are we getting an overrun\breaktime check fault when we run at higher spm on a e2w300? We've checked the counter balancer, the clutch pressure and everything seems to be normal, but can't run any faster than 50 spm.

Hi Mr. Jim, Nice to Meet you, This is Michael from Shenzhen, We invented the Electronic Die Height Indicator/Slide Counter. It is built in RS485 Modbus, By RTU Protocol, The current die height value will be transported to PLC, and then through the HMI, The press machine will achieve the automatic die height adjustment. Our product's advantage are like these. Firstly, It do not need Rotary encoder any more. and make sure the real die height and programmed die height displayed Synchronous；what's more, Our product has more power of anti-vibration than encoder.
