Thanks, I've been without power since Thursday. Today first day I've been back on internet. It's nice to hear 13 days. It's been a sad time, Jerry Jeff Walker, Billy Joe Shaver, and now the 007 Bond man, all gone. It hurts to get old and see all your friends start passing on. I could just stay sad, or find me some new younger friends. Billy Joe wrote a line, "you're as young as the women you feel". I'm going out and find me some younger women to love on. Anyway, thanks for the kind words. Billy Joe use to say, God loves you and so does Billy Joe Shaver. In my case, so does Johnny Rocco.

@@MJLake1.0 The first time I heard JJ Cale do, bring it on back. I knew he was a very special person. Who writes, "I think I'm getting something gold, bringing it on back from Mexico". Only people who knew about running dope would understand the meaning to that song. Then I read that the first time he heard Clapton doing after midnight on the radio, he went out and bought him a new Chevy, I mean, how fucking cool is that!!!!!!! They don't make them like that now. He was a one of a kind, for sure. RIP JJ Cale.

I searched TH-cam for videos on Todd Winn. Sadly, I found none. Although I’d seen friends on FB from across the country share the story of what he did. I was born and raised in Utah and seeing the bow and arrow man on the news broke my heart. However, Mr. Winn made me proud to be from Utah! What he did is courageous to me. He didn’t join in a public protest. He, himself, as a white man, did this. By himself. It’s inspiring! As a mother of a biracial child and as a woman who was blessed to be raised by parents who raised my brother and I to treat everyone the same, and as a human, he gave me hope. Hope that maybe one day I won’t have to worry about my daughter being treated unfairly based off of her skin color. Thanks to Mr. Winn for caring enough! And also, thank you sir for writing such an amazing tribute to him! He deserves to be recognized! ❤️❤️❤️
