#289 Cataract surgery on my left eye
Got cataract surgery on my left eye given that is was hindering my day to day life. Operation went fine and my sight is nice and clear as of writing this.

Spent two nights in a airbnb house in Pälkäne from which we drove to Hakametsän halli to see the Finnish national side play Belgium twice. On Thursday it was a narrow loss and on Saturday a fairly clear wictory.

My father-in-law had a Celebration gig at Pori Jazz which we attended. Drove there in the morning and straight back after the gig. Way too much walking for my condition, but it had to be done given that it might be his las time performing there, which he has done since 1967.

When I had covid my symptoms flared horrible but the outcome was good
My ch1n4 v1rus infection was a brief three and a half day ordeal. However I think that ms is a multiplier on any illness one has doubling or tripling the cripling effects of the dis-ease.
I have relapse remitting and on behalf of everyone with ms, thank you for sharing this video with us
Thanks, I think the book Overcoming multiple sclerosis by George Jelinek listed keeping a diary about your illness as one of the good habbits in managing your condition. These videos are my diary about ms.

How are things going months later
I think the forced immobility has robbed me of lot of the benefits. I'd say about the same as I was before going.
Waisted my money buying your products, and wasted more money getting fooled by your Care Refresh scam. All what DJI cares and like to refresh is their pocket....! Big mistake is buying a dji M2P drone that comes with a STUPID and never intelligent battery. These batteries gets pregnant after 9 months of purchase (Battery swells) causing the battery to be ejected from the drone during flight, ending in a crash. dji are so devilish by indicating in their policy that batteries are covered for 6 months only, because they know that at 9 month these batteries are giving birth. And the biggest mistake I did was buying the fly more kit and an additional battery to make it 4 batteries in total. All of the batteries now are swelled up. Mind you that I take good care of my stuff, for the batteries, I always discharge them to 40% if I'm not planing to use for more than 10 days, fully charge and discharge on a regular bases and always stored in a cool place between 15 to 25 degrees in a secure sealed hard case by Nanuk. Called dji for replacement, they rejected my request although I have bought the care refresh and the Select member which was never used once...!
I don't sell anything so you must reference DJI instead of me?

I think it works allright with a fresh installation. The problem is with restoring an old backup.

Now, after operating a fresh installation for a couple of months I can confirm that the battery problem persists. As soon as I have several programs running the battery life is diminished to a couple of hours. What a joke!
So did fasting heal you?
Nope, but the changes that I have implemented in my diet have stopped the decline towards a wheel chair.
I def agree that fasting reduces inflammation and can help body function much better if the fast is LONG enough and that we eat really clean and mostly raw afterwards. When I fast a week, I don't heal, but I noticed some healing after day 14. I pray to fast longer.
You have MS and you eat bread? MS people usually eat raw to heal.
I took the aproach of removing all things that were reported to adversly affect ms. After some time I have tested what occurs if I eat them again. For example when trying to drink coffee my hands started to go numb again, but when I eat bread I have no adverse affects.

Chris VLog No food, No water. They say, as a matter of results, 1 day dry fasting is equal to 3 days water fasting. I’m on day 3... attempting 10+ days and it’s been easy so far... much easier than water fast. I did a 21 day water fast with no results;/
That sounds scary! I thought that 3 days would be a limit without liquid. Let us know how you fared! 21 days on just water is my max fast.

That was painful to watch. Sorry bro ,not to be mean. Litchi doesn't work for Mavic. So glitchy. Works great for the older PA3 etc. Disappointed Litchi hasn't fixed focus and lag issues. Learn how to fly with the DJI 4 App. Time to learn to fly FPV !!! The older Phantom has better colors also with a ND16 Filter. Newer isn't always better. Good luck. Johnny J FLA

You should try the gopro and Rudy at 120 or 240 FPS. I have tried it with my EKEN and you get some lovely details.
I think this was 24 FPS, but I know you can go a lot higher. I think that the 240 doesn't support HD but 120 might. I'll give it a go.

I too have had harsh dealings with DJI . Personally witnessed a situation involving a close friend that was horrible . Purchased Phantom 2 Zenmuse Gimbal two and a half years ago . This thing put me back to school immediately . Mastered the thing and put it to work .FAA Certified myself . I find it advantageous to perform all of the service and repair myself . Fell in love with the repair side of things almost as much as, if not more than flying for clients . Decided to offer fellow drone lovers an option. Thankfully I haven't had a need to send my drone in for repairs in months, but I still dread the inevitable crash which will force me to deal with their customer support!

Hello, I have also been eying the Goldhammer channel through McDougall’s channel th-cam.com/users/drmcdougallmd and I'm tempted to try out a longer water only fast. The problem for me is either family life or demands of work. The longest I have ever gone is 21 days with only water. I also think that my western style of living/eating plus smoking was a big contributing factor to my ms. How do you do your 5 days a month, all in a row or spread out to be a day or two in a week?
Oh yes the wonderful Dr.McDougall. My max. is 10 days after doing a 1, then 3 day test fast. It was much more easy than i anticipated, so the one month fast does not scare me so much. The Goldhammer/True North is quite expensive + travel $, so i will try to find out all the important key points to do an extended fast on my own. Things like : will i need a special water ?, can i savor my water with lime or other? , can i still take my important supplements such as vit.D & others, is there a prescribed method for the Refeed after a 1 month fast, what dangerous signs must i be aware of, etc. Better to be informed, although maybe i should just brave it without too many complexes. After all i have watched some testimonies on youtube from people who did it all on their own for free in humble simplicity. Got to tell you some fasting centers around here wanted like 3to5 thousand to starve me for 10 days, i could joke about that for sure. My intuition tells me i could be better to do my last week in the country side away from city stress in the fresh air. There must be a way to hack this on my own, i will not wait for the world to accommodate me. I am on my day4 of 5 today. Pondering about soon doing a 2 week test before rendering a full month or more, Goldhammer style.
I guess what I have always done wrong is that I haven't taken it easy enough. Doing work and such so the benefits are limitted. What are they able to provide you at these facilities? Moral support or if something goes horibly wrong then they could step in. If you have done a couple longer ones you pretty much konow what is going on and trust that to a large extent you can take care of the whole thing yourself.
Some of those centers have nurses on watch to monitor vital signs like blood pressure & stuff, i think also massage therapists. Plus i guess they have lots of experience so people are more confident and less alone to live the experience. There are some good books i think. You are a programmer if i remember right, since i can not do physical work at the moment, learning some php/javascript basics from the web, i also know some 3d maybe you have some advice/plug on how i could make money from home, did wix kill webdesign?
You remember right I'm a consultant that does a most of his work in java code. Unfortunatly the product that I represent is ill equiped to give any advice on what to pick up to make money. In my field it still is the basics java + SQL and maybe some XML.

I have numbness on top of right leg the size of a coin, also have numbness on heel which travels half way up foot.is this the same?
This is more like lead feet where you feel like jumping up 10cm is the same as a trip to the moon. I have had these small areas sometimes in my hands, but luckily both the lead feet and the numbess in the hands have subsided.

This was a short three day fast and the max I have done is 21 days on water. I'd guestimage that i have done a dozen fasts that are 3 days or longer. I just got a juicer and I'm thinking of a longer fast with juicing stuff. I can't do water only and work. BTW. this fasting video is an old one that I'm moving from an other account into this one. The latest diary entry is up to #174 when this is #130.
